Partner

John focuses his practice on complex business and real estate litigation, representing public and privately held corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and high net worth individuals in a wide range of matters including joint venture and partnership disputes, real property disputes, professional liability actions, breach of contract claims, class actions and shareholder derivative suits. John is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in California and Nevada.

Paul Albus

Partner

Paul Advises and represents lenders, brokerage firms, corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies and high net worth individuals in connections with the sale, financing, leasing, development and management of residential and commercial real estate. Paul's litigation practice focuses largely on real property and insurance coverage disputes. Paul also has considerable probate experience handling matters involving trusts, estates and conservatorships.
